Getting started

Selecting a counsellor can feel overwhelming, but it’s important to find the right fit. Prior to our initial session, and before you decide to proceed with therapy, I provide a complimentary 20-minute phone call. This allows us to discuss your requirements and address any questions you may have.

1 Free 20-minute call

A short conversation to understand what you need and whether working together feels right.

2 Your first session

We’ll begin gently and take time to understand what brings you to therapy and what you would like from it.

3 Ongoing sessions

We’ll schedule weekly sessions at a consistent time and routinely review progress to ensure you feel supported.

My practice

I work online and in person from a private and confidential setting in Horndean, Hampshire. I have found online sessions to be highly effective, as clients are in a safe familiar space and travel can cause anxiety for many people.
